Shift: Variable Days / 6a-10a start time, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, No Weekends
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• 1 year of SLP experience 
• Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting
• Knowledge of PDPM
• BLS
