Cases: Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries, Brain Injuries, Neurological Disorders, Orthopedic Conditions, Amputations; Acute Rehab Facility Experience required, Acute Care Experience preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, AK SLP License required; copies required at submission; Facility only accepts Hep B vaccines and will not take titers or declination 4. License: AK SLP License required; pending license accepted but strong preference for Alaska license in hand (takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred/required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days or 5x8 Days (40Hrs), approximately 2 weekend days per month required, no on-call required 8.
