Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics; patients with mental health illness and substance use disorder 3. Certifications: BLS, LCSW required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Licensed as Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social worker 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience required (any system) 7. Shifts/Call: Work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday); 10-hour shifts 0700-1930 or 1600-0200; no call required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post-submission RTO will NOT be approved; pre-approved time off: none 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
