- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required 2. Cases: Crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics; patients with mental health illness and substance use disorder 3. Certifications: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC required; must have full licensure (associate license will not suffice) 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday); 10-hour shifts Days: 0700-1930 or Eves: 1600-0200; no on-call required 8.
