- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Pediatric social work including adjustment to illness, acute behavioral health assessments, end of life care, child maltreatment, resource identification and acquisition, care coordination/care management; diagnoses include hem-onc, GI, craniofacial, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary, acute rehabilitation, transplant (liver, heart, renal, small bowel), diabetes, adolescent medicine 3. Certifications: WA LICSW (License Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LSWAIC (Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical License) required in hand for submission 4. License: WA LICSW or LSWAIC required in hand; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Masters level required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: 2-week rotation schedule with day and overnight shifts; no on-call required; floating within scope may be needed 8. RTO: No RTO within first 2 weeks of assignment 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 1 year period before eligible to return as traveler; after working continuously for one year, must be separated minimum 90 days before returning 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no difference in rate 11. Background: Evaluated on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Required pre-start; billable up to 8 hours at regular hourly rate; completion recorded by transcript in Grow@SC account 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color or T-shirt top (must be age appropriate and kid friendly) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
