Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker – Case Manager
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, Mon-Fri w/ rotating weekends
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend rotation: Every other or every third, depending on needs of the department
Holiday Expectations: Will be required to work at least 1 holiday, can work more if wanted
Requirements:
- WA License
- 2 years of recent acute inpatient social work/case management experience
- 4 years of overall social work experience
- Acute care case management experience is a must
- Behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, discharge planning for post-acute placements (understanding SNF level of care, understanding regulatory requirements)
- EPIC experience
- BLS
- LICSW
- Master’s in social work
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Ratios:1:15-20
- Will not accept a first-time traveler
