Cases: Adult protective services, care coordination, case management, discharge planning, home healthcare 3. Certifications: BCLS required, LCSW required 4. License: BOTH OR and WA licensure required (WA license can be in application process) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic Remote Client for Home Health and Rover app/Oasis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour days only, no on-call required, no weekend requirement 8. RTO: Confirm with hiring manager; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if previously worked for Providence 10. Travel/Local: 50-75 mile radius considered local, accepted at same rate; occasional 60-mile radius drives 11.
