- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 2 years case management experience required 2. Cases: Primarily Peds ED/Inpatient units; Emergency Department, Critical Care Inpatient, Acute Care Inpatient, Oncology, Rehabilitation 3. Certifications: CA LCSW required (must be in good standing); CA ASW acceptable if no LCSW 4. License: CA LCSW or CA ASW 5. Education: All RN positions require BSN 6. EMR: Charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x8 hour evenings, Monday-Thursday 8. RTO: All tentative RTO must be included at time of submittal; additional mid-contract requests not accepted; limited to 1-week total for auto-offer units 9. Returning Staff: Must include employment history with any UC medical facility including dates, units, manager names for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Must have prior travel within 12 months; ability to float to other UCSF facilities within 75+ mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12.
