- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required, recent experience; minimum 1 year relevant experience; OASIS experience required for staff completing SOC (Start of Care) 2. Cases: Geriatric cases; Home Health only 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in-hand required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6.
