- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum unless otherwise noted; 1 year required for this specific position 2. Cases: Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience; strong preference for diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED 3. Certifications: BLS required; MSW required; facility accepts LMSW or LCSW with Master's Degree 4. License: WA license in-hand required; Washington licenses approved: LICSW, LSWAIC (Associate License), LASW, LSWAA (Associate License); WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs 5. Education: Master's Degree required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x8 Days; every other weekend required; may float if MB and NICU experience 8. RTO: 5 Days maximum; anything more than 5 Days will potentially delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours spent; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color (no reddish orange permitted) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
