- Unit Notes:sent to manager for interview need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. *****MUST HAVE PRIOR CA DIGNITY EXPERIENCE OR THEY WILL NOT CONSIDERED*** LCSW and BLS required and must be 5150 certified in CA (5150 is a involuntary evaluation for a 72-hour hold in a psychiatric facility. It's used when an individual is believed to be a danger to themselves or others due to a mental health condition) Obtaining 5150 includes completing a training program and passing an exam with 80% Business casual attire and unit offers "Care Coordination" white lab coats. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level: Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:Varied 8s, EOW, First to Float Required Certifications:BLS Certification
