Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker
Shift: Days/ 7a-3p, 8×5, 40hrs/week, EOW
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 years’ experience
- Must be 5150 certified in CA (5150 is a involuntary evaluation for a 72-hour hold in a psychiatric facility
- Must have prior CA dignity experience or they will not considered
- BLS
- LCSW

Requirements
- Required certification: Social Worker
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes sent to manager for interview need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
