Experience: 2 years required in inpatient medical social work experience, with biopsychosocial assessment, assisting patients navigate the DCF process, collaborative care, care coordination with home care and equipment following discharge, experience in rehab and long term care referrals, knowledge of community programs and protective services. MUST have MEDICAL INPATIENT EXPERIENCE. 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, MSW required 4. License: LMSW, MD State License required (compact license or MD license accepted) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 5 x 8 Days 0830-1700, no on call requirement, float throughout patient tower across MedSurg units as necessary 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks of assignment, no more than 7 days per 13-week contract, must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Previous MedStar employment must have been separated for minimum of one year before returning as traveler 10.
