Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Respiratory services including ventilator management, high flow therapy, BiPAP, aerosol treatments and chest physical therapy 3. Certifications: BLS required; RRT or CRT accepted 4. License: State license required; DC license in hand for DC locations; compact license or MD license for MD locations 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 1900-0730; every other weekend required; no call or float requirement 8. RTO: No RTO permitted during first two weeks; no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Previous MedStar employees must have been separated for minimum of one year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; candidate address must match driver's license 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Facility-specific Sitel modules must be completed within one week of signing contract; average 12 hours duration; billable up to 4 hours 13.
