Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP (preferred), PALS, Washington license required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedules required, rotating weekends required, on-call not required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post-submission RTO will NOT be approved 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
