Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Floor care, ER, Code response, Rapid Response; Pediatrics and Adolescents preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, RRT required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; block schedules required; on-call not required; floating between units required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; must request all RTO/scheduling requests up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
