- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care 3. Certifications: BCLS, RRT required (RRT is a HARDSTOP); All RNs require ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: MO license or compact license required; Illinois license must be in hand at submission; Compact license must match permanent residence state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; No on-call required; Must work some holidays; Will float within service line and to affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: No more than 7 days per 13-week contract; No RTO first week; Must be specified on submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; No local candidates accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Required for RNs; Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; Completed pre-start through WorkRamp; Must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; Trauma Level I preferred, Level II required 14. Scrubs: Medium to dark gray 15.
