Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years required; 2+ years required for submission 2. Cases: PICU and NICU experience required (need one or the other, not both); acute care floors for all patients; pre/post cardiac surgery; ECMO patients; micro preemies; Cystic Fibrosis patients 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT or state license required; must be AHA traditional (does not accept RQI); copies required 4. License: Valid state license preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3x12; no call; floating within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 8. RTO: Must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks) 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Accepts locals/same rates apply; unit accepts first time travelers 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system for comprehensive lifetime background review 12.
