- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Pediatric and/or neonatal ICU experience; respiratory ICU experience needed; will work in NICU, PICU, and CICU 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, CRTT, RRT required (CRT accepted at signing and RRT once starting); ACLS and NRP listed as required 4. License: NE license - pending license OK; must apply for NE license within first 40 hours of signing with proof of application requested 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights; weekend coverage required; floating within scope required 8. RTO: 5 days or less preferred; 6-10 days requires time added to end of contract 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees not accepted as travel 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
