Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: CHF, COPD, Pneumonia, Respiratory Failure, Respiratory Infections 3. Certifications: BLS, RRT required; must have active license in hand 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit 5. Education: Alert account manager if traveler has foreign education requiring verification 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Night shift 18:30 PM - 07:00 AM; every other weekend; 6 weekend shifts per 13-week contract 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility not accepted; personal car required for Eastern region contracts 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Unit accepts 1st time traveler: Yes 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
