Experience: 2 years minimum as staff therapist required; inpatient travelers must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty they are submitting to 2. Cases: Pediatric and adult experience preferred; Academic Level 1 Trauma center or similar size hospital experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA ONLY), NBRC-RRT required 4. License: WI RCP required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: COARC accredited School for Respiratory Therapy required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening, 8/12 hr shifts, 07-1930, 07-1530, 1500-2330, with every other weekend rotation, holidays, and one on-call every 6-week scheduling period (36 hours/week); 1 call shift per 6 weeks of contract 8. RTO: Manager will review/approve during candidate review process; generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if request is more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract; some units allow 1 holiday off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted; first time travelers accepted in some units 11. Background: Not specified 12.
