- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-time travelers considered and accepted 2. Cases: Variety of diagnoses requiring respiratory support; all respiratory illnesses including ARDS, aspiration, bronchoscopy, COVID, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia 3. Certifications: CRT or RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CPI certificate required for most units; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA only; NRP or AAP only 4. License: Active MD or Compact License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights (19:00-07:30), every other weekend required, holidays as scheduled, no on-call required 8. RTO: Must be included at initial submission, cannot exceed 7 days, cannot be changed once offered; one major holiday off during winter season allowed; Pre-approved time off: none 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away at least 6 months from system 10.
