- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum NICU experience required; must have Children's Hospital experience within last 3 years (level 1 adult facility experience may be considered) 2. Cases: Must have L&D experience as primary placement; NICU or PICU experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (required for L&D placement), Indiana State License required; PALS preferred; must be in hand to submit 4.
