- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care, ER; NICU experience preferred; Neonates and Infants preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT required; NRP preferred 4. License: WA license in-hand required for CNA and LPN jobs; WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; Call Required: No; Weekend Required: Yes; Float Required: Yes between like units and potentially sister hospital 8. RTO: 5 Days maximum; anything more may delay offer; Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; No locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of BG or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color except no reddish orange permitted 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Required: Draeger, Evita XL, LTV, Zoll; Preferred: Viasys Vela Critical: 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last three years required. 1 submittal per facility limit.
