- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum; must have at least 2 years experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics along with ED 2. Cases: Level IV NICU Experience required; pediatric cardiac anomalies 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS required; certifications must be in-hand at time of submission 4. License: NC RRT license must be in hand (takes 2-4 weeks); compact or NC license required; Nursys required for RNs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts per schedule (published in 6-week blocks); on-call not applicable 8. RTO: Must be included with submission, 5-7 days maximum; two pre-approved time off periods 9.
