Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Trauma experience required; pulmonary function testing (spirometry) preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, GA RRT License required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; also uses Pyxis, SBAR, Viasys Vela, GE Carescape, Viaysis Avea 7. Shifts/Call: No call requirements; every other weekend; float required to sister facility 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no holiday RTO if 1-2 holidays fall during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; if previous cancel/DNR must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed during orientation, vary by specialty, recorded via transcripts, hours factored in NBO 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Slate Gray 15.
