Requirements
- Required certification: RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Trauma experience required; Pulmonary function testing (Spirometry testing) preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, GA RRT License required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend; No call requirements; Float required to sister campus (Piedmont Columbus Northside) 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; Holiday restrictions apply based on number of holidays in assignment period 9. Returning Staff: Must be away 1 FULL YEAR from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; If unable to return to one facility, must complete one successful assignment outside of Piedmont prior to rebooking at new location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, hours factored in NBO; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Slate Gray 15.
