- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years required; must have significant NICU/PICU experience in children's hospital setting; 3 years minimum in children's 2. Cases: Neonatal/pediatric critical care, newborn resuscitation/stabilization, all neonatal/children's disease processes, pediatric emergency room, Level III NICU, Level I Trauma Center, Level II Peds 3. Certifications: CRT/RRT License in South Carolina, BLS, PALS, NRP required 4. License: South Carolina CRT/RRT License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required 7. Shifts/Call: 19:00 to 07:30, 3x 12 hour shifts per week (36 hours), every other weekend, 2-3 call shifts per 6 week schedule from 5pm to 8pm 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Extensions limited - cannot extend for 4th consecutive contract; must convert to employee after third consecutive 13-week contract or take 6-month separation 10. Travel/Local: Must be 100+ miles from every Prisma facility for full rate; 90-99.9 miles accepted at 10% bill rate reduction; RRT exception allows 50+ miles from contracted campus 11. Background: Must send Social Security Number with submittal 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start within 48 hours, not included in NBO, completed annually 13.
