- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Greater than 2 years required; must have ICU, ER experience (including treating pediatric patients needing intubation and mechanical ventilation), nursery (level 1) experience attending high risk c-sections and resuscitation team, Med Surge floors 2. Cases: Working in nursery, resuscitation team, high risk deliveries, adult ICU, treating pediatric patients in ER 3. Certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS required 4. License: Registered Respiratory Therapist required 5. Education: Education modules assigned by staff development during onboarding via Learning Management System 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, 36 weekly guaranteed hours, 36 weekend hours, no call requirements 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Float throughout hospital to all areas 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Education modules assigned during onboarding and throughout contract via Learning Management System 13.
