Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, RRT required; copies of all certifications required at submission 4. License: Pending license accepted; must provide map directions from permanent address on license to facility 5. Education: Detailed degree information required including area of study, city/state of institution, and type of degree 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred, especially for RNs; may consider candidates without Epic for difficult to fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: Block schedule; on-call voluntary; minimum every other weekend but may include more based on operational needs 8. RTO: 7 days restriction; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
