Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of inpatient Hemodialysis experience in Level 1 Trauma or similar size hospital required; must have acute care experience within last 3 years 2. Cases: Must have experience with adults and pediatrics; ESRD and AKI patients, transplant patients, trauma patients requiring dialysis 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required - AHA ONLY 4. License: WI RN or compact RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening 12-hour shifts, 0800-2030, every other weekend, holidays if needed; on-call responsibility may be assigned (not to exceed 3 on-call shifts per six weeks) 8.
