Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of inpatient Hemodialysis experience in Level 1 Trauma or similar size hospital required; must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty 2. Cases: Must have experience with adults and peds; inpatient hemodialysis experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required - AHA ONLY; must be in hand at submittal 4. License: WI RN or compact RN License required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening 12-hr shifts, 0830-2030, every other weekend, holidays if needed; weekday/weekend on-call responsibility may be assigned as needed (not to exceed 3 on-call shifts per six weeks) 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if request is more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract; Pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
