Experience: 2 years of inpatient Hemodialysis experience in Level 1 Trauma or similar size hospital required; must have completed two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty 2. Cases: Must have experience with adults and pediatrics; inpatient hemodialysis 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required - AHA ONLY; must be in hand at submittal 4. License: WI RN or compact RN License required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening 12-hour shifts, 0830-2030, every other weekend, holidays if needed; weekday/weekend on-call responsibility may be assigned (not to exceed 3 on-call shifts per six weeks) 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off in a contract; if request is more than 1 week consecutive, Vaya will add 1 week at end of contract; manager will review/approve during candidate review process 9.
