- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years minimum required; 18 months required per general policy 2. Cases: GVHD, BO, CTCL, Photopheresis treatments 3. Certifications: BCLS required; IN license and certs must be in hand to submit 4. License: IN license must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses obtainable once permanent applications submitted 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at graduation 6. EMR: Cerner charting system experience required; no specific charting required for IU health positions 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s shifts; rotating call required; 100% floating required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former IU employees must be away 12 months before applying as traveler; consecutive contract policy requires breaks after 12 months 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local at lower rate; locals accepted for some positions but not MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, ER 11.
