Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Patient population includes end stage renal disease, acute kidney injury, metabolic imbalances, dialysis access problems, drug overdoses requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatments; apheresis patients with neurologic, renal, or hematologic/oncologic diseases 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RNs with 2 attempts allowed 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s nights 6:30p-7a, rotating weekends, call required Sunday nights only 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; two pre-approved time off requests allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours, completed during orientation, not included in NBO, hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
