Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Dialysis RN - hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, ESRD/AKI 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS required; No RQI certifications accepted 4. License: Pending license accepted at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: Night & Sunday call for emergent dialysis required; every other weekend required 8. RTO: No RTO during first 7 days or last day of contract; 7 days or less preferred for auto-approval; one holiday bundle max preferred; greater than 7 days needs approval 9. Returning Staff: 6 month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or one year; permanent employees can return as travelers if out of system 12+ months 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 100 miles; 100 mile radius rule effective 3/10/2026 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 4 hours, completed during orientation and annually via learning central 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Black scrubs required, not provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
