- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; first time travel okay 2. Cases: Rehab unit for neuro, ortho, cardiac, cancer, and other patients with complex medical care management; experience with LVAD preferred but will train 3. Certifications: BLS and NIH required in hand 4. License: Valid OK or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Option of 36 or 48 hours; float required to med/surg units; no call; every other weekend required 8. RTO: RTO must be listed at time of submittal; one pre-approved time off 9.
