Shift: Nights, 6:45p-7:15a, 12×3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• IN License
• 1 year experience
• BLS

• Acute Rehab / Post Acute. 
• 24 Beds
• 1:6-8 Patient Ratio
