- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required; 1-2 years of inpatient rehab experience within last 2 years 2. Cases: Inpatient hospital/rehab setting experience needed; charge nurse role leading LPNs and CNAs 3. Certifications: BLS required; NIH certification preferred; ACLS preferred and required if in charge nurse role; IV certification required 4. License: Valid state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: Alternating schedule Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday every 2 weeks; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; no RTO after submission; cannot take every holiday off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Under 50-mile radius booked at local rate; locals accepted 11. Background: Will not accept any background hits or DUIs 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs required with close-toed shoes 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16.
