Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Variety including prostate, breast, lung, head/neck, skin, rectal, primary brain, palliative bone mets 3. Certifications: ARRT T required, ARRT R preferred, BLS required 4. License: Georgia Nursing License required (must match name on Driver's License and Social Security Card exactly) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Elekta Mosaiq experience must have (tested during orientation) 7. Shifts/Call: 5 eight-hour shifts (07:30-16:00), Monday-Friday; No call, No float 8. RTO: Must be presented upfront or will not be approved; Need to know time off requirements in advance 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: No local travelers, must live outside of 50 miles; Travel experience required for Critical Care Travelers 11. Background: Drugs/Alcohol related items cannot be considered (DS, BGH, NURSYS) 12. Modules: 8 hours non-billable, completed during orientation, may need completion outside orientation depending on self-pacing 13. Travel Experience: Required for Critical Care Travelers 14. Scrubs: Caribbean blue preferred but any color except black acceptable; Also business casual with lab coat 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown; COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
