- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Benign Brain Tumors, External Beam Therapy, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT, Prophylactic Treatments, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Radiation Safety, Respiratory Gating, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) 3. Certifications: ARRT T and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross; copies with valid expiration dates required at submission 4. License: Valid CA State License required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Elekta, Mosaiq, and AlignRT (Vision RT) experience required — MUST HAVE 7. Shifts/Call: Shift may start anytime between 6AM and 12PM; must be flexible 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; only 1 holiday per contract may be requested; applicable holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (holiday window begins 7:00 PM the night before and ends 7:00 AM the day after) 9. Returning Staff: No separation time required; former manager name must be included on application 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at local rate 11. Background: Any background or licensure hits must be disclosed with supporting documentation for facility HR approval prior to submission; 7-year work history verification required 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 1-5 hours, factored into NBO; time exceeding 16 NBO hours is billable; completed during orientation via e-learning 13. Travel Experience: Required 14.
