- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Benign Brain Tumors, External Beam Therapy, IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Prophylactic Treatments, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) 3. Certifications: ARRT T, BLS required; must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal; copies required 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Shift may start anytime between 6AM to 12PM - must be flexible; patient ratios days: 5 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission; 7-year work history verification required 12.
