Certifications: ARRT T, BLS required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience within last 12 months required; must pass competency exam (1 attempt, will cancel if fail) 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday day shift; 4 x 10-hour shifts (dependent on volumes, may work as late as 7:00-8:00p); No on-call required; Travelers required to float unless specifically stated otherwise 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved/considered; No holiday RTO approved; Pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; Travel experience required 11.
