Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Cancer related diagnoses; 35 patients/day per linac; Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient 3. Certifications: ARRT, BLS required; all certifications must be in hand at submission 4. License: Compact or TN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience within last 12 months required and must be detailed on profile; must pass competency exam (1 attempt, will cancel if fail) 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday day shift; 4 x 10-hour shifts (dependent on volumes, may work as late as 7:00-8:00pm); No on-call required 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Note if return traveler for staffing contact review 10. Travel/Local: Local staff accepted at same rate; travelers required to float unless specifically stated otherwise 11. Background: Must highlight any known background hits in submission for review 12. Modules: 16 orientation hours; additional 10 unbillable hours added if Epic experience requirement not met 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Men must shave to pass Fit Test 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: Must be proficient with Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator (hard requirement) Critical: COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only). Schedule will be discussed with manager during interview. No block or schedule requests accommodated.
