Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Head & Neck (H&N) and CNS (Brain/Spinal Cord) required; preferred for Neonates and Infants 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT in Radiation Therapy Technology required 4. License: Ohio License required; must have valid license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm, 8.5 hours with 30 minute lunch break; 10-hour shifts only during holiday weeks; no on-call or weekends 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Black pants, any top 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Must be fully competent on Varian TrueBeam linacs, Halcyon, and Aria version 15; VisionRT or OSMS knowledge preferred Critical: Must complete Ohio fingerprinting immediately after signing contract. Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start. Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. First week orientation 8am-4:30pm for onboarding.
