Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required; first timers not accepted 2. Cases: Operating Room (busy OR); trauma cases; various imaging procedures including barium enema, GE, O-ARM, ERCP, myelography 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT required; ACLS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; PACS required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday; every other weekend unless specified elsewhere; call requirements not specified 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; no holiday RTO if one or two major holidays occur during assignment; one holiday RTO may be reviewed if three major holidays occur 9. Returning Staff: Must be away for 1 full year from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; if deemed unable to return to one facility, must complete one successful assignment outside of Piedmont prior to rebooking at new location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
