Requirements
- Required certification: Rad Tech
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year recent X-Ray/diagnostic tech experience required 2. Cases: Daily caseload of 50; must have extensive musculoskeletal fluoro experience 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT required; copies of all required certs required at submission 4. License: VA State Radiologic Technologist License required (temp license fine; can use VA form allowing work while license pending for 90 days); VA or Compact required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required/preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 08:00-16:30 shift; willing to take call preferred but not required 8. RTO: At manager's discretion; will need to add week at end of assignment if requesting more than 7 days RTO; OR/CST unit only takes 1 holiday request 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at same rate; must float between Fredericksburg and Stafford locations 11. Background: Nursys only 12. Modules: 8 hours average, non-billable, completed pre-start via WorkRamp within 1 week of signing 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Caribbean blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - No Exemptions 16. Special Equipment: GE Ultrasound Unit, GE/OEC Elite C-Arm/Fluoroscopy Critical: Must have strong fluoroscopy, musculoskeletal, joint and interventional spine procedure experience. Must be okay working at both Fredericksburg and Stafford locations. Required experience with PACS, Portables, Fluoro, C-Arm, Contrast procedures.
