Requirements
- Required certification: Rad Tech
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Bedside/Portable Procedures, Pediatric Outpatient, various imaging procedures including chest, spine, extremities 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R required 4. License: State license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 7:30 PM, no call required, no weekends required 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color except OR/L&D which are provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
