- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: ARRT and BLS required 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit 5. Education: Foreign education must be verified - alert account manager at submittal 6. EMR: EPIC experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 nights 2130pm-0730am Wednesday-Saturday; rotating call required 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours, total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required; trauma level I and II experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Navy blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
