License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s Days Monday-Friday, every third weekend required, no call, float required to like area 8. RTO: Strict 5 day maximum 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles from facility or local rate applies 11. Background: Not specified 12.
