Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Plain films, fluoro, enema studies, surgery/C-Arm procedures required 3. Certifications: ARRT, LSRT, BLS required (will accept temporary LSRT) 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 40-hour schedule (1x8 weekdays, 2x16 weekends 6a-10p); rotating call required 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles from facility or local rate applies 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 2-4 hours for Allied, non-billable, completed pre-start, vary by specialty 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Hunter green 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with no exemptions 16. Special Equipment: PACS required; GE, Philips, Siemens preferred Critical: Float to surgery when needed.
